Crisis care

Crisis care is a short, intensive therapy whose objective is to support and help the person overcome a crisis that they alone find difficult to master. Maybe you are experiencing an anxiety attack, have had problems at work, have lost a loved one, or have experienced a separation. Likewise, she may be very discouraged for no apparent reason or may have gone through an experience that is difficult to overcome such as a traffic accident, a robbery or another type of traumatic event.

With intensive work on mind-body integration, crisis care allows, by attacking all the symptoms at once, to reduce the level of suffering in a short time and of discomfort - sadness, low self-esteem, feelings of anguish, acute depression, etc. - allowing an understanding of the causing problem and the recovery of the balance necessary to get out of the crisis.
